SLATE Chocolate
SLATE Chocolate is my fictional luxury chocolate brand. Designed and prototyped under the direction of Beth Elliot, I was able to create a physical product with sleek and expensive branding.
The branding of SLATE revolves around the stone texture of the chocolate bar. The clear packaging allows the customer to see the intricate details of the stone chocolate. The upper corner tears off, keeping your fingers clean, simulating the “white glove” luxury experience. The smoked dark chocolate and lemon combination similarly gives a luxurious feeling with a less common flavor combination.
The branding was designed with Adobe Illustrator. The chocolate bar was made using a 3D printed, vacuumed formed mold originally created inside Fusion 360.
