Blue Note Records, A Timeless Legacy
Blue Note Records, A Timeless Legacy is a physical publication designed and curated under the direction of Beth Elliot. As an award winning jazz drummer, Blue Note Records has been a part of my life for over 15 years. When the opportunity arose to highlight something I am passionate about, I immediately turned to Blue Note.
I curated articles to create 7 mini publications highlighting the heritage of Blue Note. The 7 publications come together in a record cover styled sleeve the same size as a 45 record. The publications gradiate along 7 shades of blue and utilize a color scheme of said blue, white, and black. Similarly, all the artwork was created using print simulation half-toning.
This publication was designed using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
